Beta Theta Donates to Horses With A Mission

Beta Theta Sorority, ESA, was pleased to make a donation to a very unique organization, “Horses with a Mission”, that administers equine-assisted therapeutic riding programs to disabled children and adults in South Lake County. They serve people with cognitive, emotional, physical and behavioral disabilities, 75% who are children. This donation was made possible by Beta Theta’s successful annual fund raiser “Mardi Gras” which is held in March of each year.

Last year Oakland Nature Preserve (ONP) recorded 36, 795 visitors that came through the Amon Pavilion and the entrance to the boardwalk.
