The Rotary Club of South Lake County announces that the Club will make this year’s Santa Fun Run/Walk a community-wide event tailored to families living throughout the South Lake County area. The FHSAA Class 3a State Swim Meet took place this past weekend in Stuart, FL. East Ridge girls and boys made a notable impression at the meet. Morgan Holt swam the 100 butterfly and the 200 individual medley. In a field of tough competitors she qualified for event finals in the 200 IM where she placed 15th after placing 21st in the 100 fly earlier in the day. Diego Herrera
Chaos Baseball Club, together with Turn2 Training (coaches Brian Dempsey and Randy Pundsack) is hosting tryout camp for 11U, 12U and 13U December 5th, 6th and 7th. The season is December through February and includes 20+ game winter wood bat game schedule, indoor gym, indoor batting cages and field practices. The singles connection is a small group dedicated to the needs and aspirations of persons who were part of a couple, but now through various circumstances, find themselves single and perhaps in need of a friend.
