Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club
Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club ("RWL") is a par 72 championship
semi- private golf course designed by Ted McAnlis which opened for
business in 1994 and was rejuvenated and renovated in September
2007. Upon its opening, it won the unique distinction of winning
public golf course of the year in 1994 by Golf Digest. It was named
one of the top ten public access Florida golf courses by Florida
Golf Magazine in 2001.
The golf course is sculpted from lush, rolling ranch land and
features water and/or wetlands on all 18 holes. Generous landing
areas, receptive greens and a minimum of forced carries make it
challenging yet fair and playable. Five sets of tees ranging from
5,200 yards to 7,100 yards are made ready each day to challenge
players of any skill level!
Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club is located at 200 Eagle

2007, Ridgewood Lakes was made even better with the addition of
Champions Turf greens. In the summer of 2009 Ridgewood Lakes Clubhouse
was renovated with new bathrooms, new pro shop, and a newly painted

of 2008. This program was designed to introduce people to the game
